onsemi MM74HC125M Voltage Level Shifter Buffer is a general purpose 3-STATE high speed non-inverting buffer utilizing advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology. It offers efficient high drive current outputs enabling rapid operation even when driving large bus capacitances, making it ideal for voltage level shifting in electronic and industrial applications.

Operating over a wide voltage range of 2V to 6V, the MM74HC125M combines low power dissipation with performance comparable to low power Schottky TTL circuits. The device's 3-STATE control input can place the output into a high impedance state, allowing bus sharing and multiplexing capabilities.

This 14-pin SOIC package device integrates one buffer element and provides output current of up to 7.8 mA at both low and high levels, ensuring robust signal drive capability. It is intended for uni-directional level shifting with a maximum propagation delay time of 18 ns at capacitive load.
