Built on RIGOL’s StationMAX II and UltraVision III platforms, it combines bandwidth options from 6 GHz to 13 GHz with a maximum real-time sampling rate of 40 GSa/s.

The series includes the DS80604 with 6 GHz bandwidth, DS80804 with 8 GHz bandwidth, DS81004 with 10 GHz bandwidth, and DS81304 with 13 GHz bandwidth.
