The RIGOL DS6104 provides up to 1 GHz analogue bandwidth, enabling accurate measurement of high-frequency signals and fast device characteristics. It is suitable for analysing ESD events, digital video signals, communication circuits, clock signals, power electronics, and differential signals when used with a compatible differential probe accessory.
