Product Description

Nexperia 74HC14PW,118 is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device consisting of six inverting buffers with Schmitt-trigger input action. Packaged in a 14-pin TSSOP surface-mount form factor, this CMOS inverter is pin compatible with Low-power Schottky TTL (LSTTL) logic families, ensuring ease of integration into existing designs.

The device functions by transforming slowly varying input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals, preventing multiple switching issues caused by slow edges and removing noise from the input waveform.

The 74HC14PW,118 supports a supply voltage range between 2V and 6V, making it ideal for mixed 3.3V and 5.0V logic level applications with a maximum operating temperature of 125°C suitable for industrial and commercial environments.
