Broadcom ASSR-601JT-000E is a high-voltage Photo MOSFET optocoupler designed specifically for automotive and industrial applications requiring high reliability and fast switching. This device features an AlGaAs infrared LED input stage optically coupled to a high-voltage output detector with two discrete MOSFETs. It operates with a DC input current of up to 30 mA and withstands a high isolation voltage of 5000 Vrms.

The compact 16-pin SO surface mount package offers efficient creepage and clearance distances (≥ 8 mm separation between input and output), making it suitable for use in harsh industrial environments. Its robust construction supports an operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C.
