Product Description

STMicroelectronics FERD20S100SB-TR is a high-performance Schottky Diode designed for power rectification with a maximum continuous forward current of 20A and peak reverse voltage of 100V. The diode leverages ST’s advanced rectifier technology enabling low forward voltage drop (760mV) and stable leakage current, which helps designers meet stringent energy efficiency standards such as Energy Star 6.0 without requiring synchronous rectification.

This diode is housed in a compact 3-pin TO-252 surface mount package (DPAK) with dimensions approximately 6.73mm in length, 6.22mm width, and 2.4mm height, suitable for space-constrained PCB layouts. It can operate at temperatures up to 175°C, ensuring durability and performance in demanding industrial and consumer electronics applications.

The peak non-repetitive forward surge current of 150A provides robustness against transient overloads, while a low peak reverse current of 12mA minimizes power loss during blocking operation.
