Toshiba 74VHC393FT is a high-speed CMOS 4-bit binary counter IC with a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V supporting advanced logic applications. It integrates two independent counters within a single surface-mount package, enabling efficient counting or frequency division of up to eight binary bits.
