onsemi QSB34CGR is a high-performance infrared PIN photodiode designed for surface mount applications. Encapsulated in a compact PLCC 2L package, it features a 65° angle of half sensitivity, enabling precise infrared light detection within the near-infrared spectrum ranging from 400nm to 1100nm, with peak sensitivity at 940nm.
