Tektronix P6015A High Voltage Oscilloscope Probe is part of the P600 Series designed for demanding voltage measurements up to 20 kVrms with bandwidth of 75 MHz. This voltage-type probe offers an attenuation ratio of 1000:1, making it suitable for measuring high voltages safely without compromising signal integrity. It includes a BNC connector for secure, low-noise connection to oscilloscopes.

The probe features an input impedance of 1 MΩ with 20 pF input capacitance and has a fast rise time of 4 ns that enables capturing rapid voltage transients and pulses up to 40 kV (peak for 100 ms duration). Its wide compensation range (7 pF to 49 pF) makes it adaptable across various instruments. The probe's durable, environmentally safe silicone dielectric eliminates the need for refilling, ensuring reliable long-term use.

Applications include power supply design, motor drive testing, electronic ballast diagnostics, power semiconductor evaluation, switch mode control systems, UPS system testing, and power converter measurements. It is CE and ISO certified for safety and performance compliance.

Specifically designed for ground-referenced high voltage measurements, the Tektronix P6015A probe is compatible with TDS1000 series oscilloscopes and complements Tektronix current probes such as TCP303 and TCP305.
