Product Description

Tektronix TCP2020 Oscilloscope Probe is a high-performance, easy-to-use current probe designed for precise AC/DC current measurements with bandwidth of 50 MHz. This probe includes a 6-inch (152.4 mm) probe ground lead, a nylon carrying case for portability and protection, and an instruction manual in English for easy setup and use.
