Broadcom HCNR201-500E is a high linearity analogue optocoupler designed for precise isolation and monitoring of analog signals in industrial, medical, telecom, and power supply applications. Incorporating a high-performance AlGaAs LED and two closely matched photodiodes, it allows the input photodiode to monitor and stabilize the LED light output, virtually eliminating LED non-linearity and drift effects.
This device features a compact 8-pin DIP surface mount package with 0.400 inch pin spacing, enabling flexible PCB circuit layout. It supports DC input currents up to 25 mA with a maximum forward voltage of 1.95 V, ensuring low power consumption and efficient operation.
