Product Description

Toshiba 74HC540D is an inverting 3 state dual bus buffer IC supplied in a 20-pin SOIC surface mount package designed for high-speed CMOS applications. It operates over a wide voltage range of 2.0 V to 6.0 V and functions in temperature conditions ranging from -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
