Tektronix P5200A differential oscilloscope probe offers precise 50 MHz bandwidth measurement capability, ideal for use in electronics testing, switching power supply design, motor drive design, and power device evaluation. This probe converts floating signals into low voltage ground-referenced signals, enabling safe and accurate measurement on any grounded oscilloscope.
The P5200A supports selectable 50x or 500x attenuation ratios and features an input impedance of 5 Mohm and 14 pF capacitance, delivering accurate signal integrity. Its maximum common mode voltage tolerance of ±1.3 kV and maximum input voltage rating of 1000 V CAT II allow safe measurements under diverse conditions.
Equipped with hook tip, alligator clip, and pincer clip connectors, the probe includes 2 each of hook clips, pincer clips, alligator clips, and extension cables to provide versatile connection options for various test setups.
