Product Description
Molex 34691-0200 Stac64 automotive connector male is a robust 20-way PCB connector designed for through-hole soldering with crimp termination. The connector features a durable thermoplastic housing that withstands high temperature solder processes including infrared and wave-free soldering, making it suitable for demanding automotive environments.
With a current rating of 10A and IP67 ingress protection, this connector provides reliable electrical and environmental performance for vehicle interior electronic systems such as lighting, radios, and instrument panels. The connector’s housing is black and constructed to support stacking in large assemblies through dovetail moldings, enabling modular and space-efficient designs.
The Stac64 series uses a 2.54 mm pitch and right-angle configuration with 2 rows of brass contacts plated with tin for corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity. It includes PCB alignment posts, stand-offs, and a pre-assembled linear Mylar tail alignment strip for precise mounting and assembly on printed circuit boards.
This connector aligns with Molex specifications ES-4000-5013 and complements the 34729 series receptacle connectors, facilitating effective mating in complete connector systems. 20 contacts configured in 2 rows for compact PCB mounting.
