Product Description

STMicroelectronics TSV772IQ2T dual operational amplifier combines a high gain bandwidth of 20 MHz with low offset voltage and low input bias current, making it an ideal device for precision analog signal conditioning. Housed in an 8-pin DFN surface mount package, this amplifier supports single supply operation between 2.0 V and 5.5 V, providing rail-to-rail input and output swing for maximum dynamic range.

The device offers a low input bias current of 2 pA (typical) and input offset voltage of 700 μV, enabling accurate amplification of small signals and minimizing error sources in sensitive applications. Its slew rate of 13 V/μs allows fast signal response in dynamic systems.

TSV772IQ2T operates reliably over an extended temperature range from -40 °C to +125 °C and withstands 4 kV human body model ESD events. The amplifier is unity-gain stable and characterized for capacitive loads, making it suitable as an A/D converter input buffer.
