Product Description

Renesas Electronics CA3420EZ is a BiMOS operational amplifier with a gain bandwidth product of 500 kHz. This single-channel amplifier comes in an 8-pin PDIP package suitable for through-hole mounting and high temperature industrial environments with operating temperature from -55°C to 125°C.
