Takachi Electric Industrial AWN16-9-28EBB Heat Sink Case is a rugged and heavy duty enclosure made from black anodized extruded aluminium with diecast side plates. Its robust design features fins on both sides of the body acting as an efficient heat sink, making it ideal for dissipating heat in demanding industrial environments.
With dimensions of 81.3 mm height, 156.3 mm width, and 275 mm length, the enclosure is rated IP67, providing excellent protection against dust and water ingress. This makes it suitable for outdoor applications such as LED outdoor power supply housings, enclosed switches, industrial controllers, and industrial camera housings.
The inside unpainted end panels offer EMI shielding on selected models, enhancing performance in electronic applications. The enclosure supports horizontal mounting for PCBs or chassis using grooved inner body frame card guides designed for 1.6 mm thick PCBs.
The product comes supplied with two side plates, a body frame, silicone gaskets, stainless steel screws, and rubber feet for secure and easy wall mounting. It has an operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C and a maximum torque tolerance of 1.0 N/m, ensuring reliable mechanical integrity.
