KTR BOWEXM28-COMPLETE is a flexible curved-tooth gear coupler featuring a 44 mm outer diameter and 84 mm length, manufactured from steel and polyamide materials. Designed for mechanical power transmission applications, this coupling enables positive torque transmission while effectively compensating for axial, radial, and angular shaft misalignments.

BoWex curved-tooth gear couplings provide exceptional performance by avoiding edge pressure in the spline, thereby reducing wear and increasing operational durability. The synergy of steel hubs with polyamide sleeves ensures maintenance-free, low-friction operation without lubrication, making it ideal for continuous industrial use.

This coupling supports double cardanic operation which eliminates periodic fluctuations in angular velocity and reduces restoring forces during angular or radial displacements. Its design allows for assembly in both vertical and horizontal orientations without the need for specialized tools.

The polyamide material surface is smooth and hard with high thermal stability and chemical resistance, making this coupler suitable for harsh conditions involving lubricants, fuels, hydraulic fluids, and solvents. It can operate reliably up to a maximum temperature of 100°C.
