Product Description

KTR BOWEXM28-SLEEVE-PB Polyamide Flexible Coupler features a 65 mm outer diameter and 46 mm length, designed as part of the BoWex series curved-tooth gear couplings. These couplings provide flexible shaft connections that enable positive torque transmission while compensating for axial, radial, and angular shaft misalignments.

The coupling sleeve is made from polyamide combined with steel hubs, creating a maintenance-free solution with low friction. Unlike metallic materials that corrode during dry running, this nylon/steel combination allows lubrication-free operation, significantly reducing wear over time.

Thanks to double cardanic operation, restoring forces during angular and radial displacements are negligible, preventing periodic fluctuations in angular velocity. Couplings can be installed vertically or horizontally without requiring special assembly tools, streamlining installation and maintenance.

The polyamide sleeve features a smooth, hard surface with excellent thermal stability up to 100°C. It also offers resistance to lubricants, fuels, hydraulic fluids, and solvents, making it suitable for harsh and aggressive environments.

BoWex curved-tooth gear coupling sleeve provides torsionally rigid, low-wear shaft connection. Polyamide material combined with steel hubs ensures maintenance-free operation. Compensates for axial, angular, and radial misalignments reliably.
