KTR BOWEXM19-COMPLETE Flexible Curved-Tooth Gear Coupler, measuring 32 mm outer diameter and 54 mm length, combines polyamide and steel materials for a maintenance-free coupling solution. It is specifically engineered for positive torque transmission and accommodates axial, radial, and angular misalignments without wear or edge pressure.
BoWex® couplings feature a double cardanic operation that minimizes restoring forces and prevents periodic fluctuations in angular velocity. The steel hubs with polyamide sleeves offer low friction and operate without any lubrication, even in dry running conditions, making maintenance unnecessary.
The flexible coupler is suitable for both vertical and horizontal shaft connections and does not require special tools for assembly. With a maximum operating temperature of 100°C, it resists exposure to lubricants, fuels, hydraulic fluids, solvents, and various aggressive environments.
