Ruland FSMR32-12-12-A aluminium flexible shaft coupler is engineered for industrial mechanical power transmission applications requiring precision and durability. This one-piece, screw-style coupling eliminates mechanical joints, reducing potential failure points and enabling high-speed operations up to 6000 rpm.

Constructed entirely from aluminium, this coupling balances strength with lightweight properties and offers excellent corrosion resistance. Its design features six beams that provide torsional rigidity and zero backlash, supporting smoothly reversible and high or low speed operations.

The coupler supports multiple misalignment types with allowances of 3° angular, 0.38 mm parallel, and 0.25 mm axial, making it suitable for applications involving shaft offset and motion variability. The bore size on both ends is 12 mm, with an outer diameter of 31.75 mm and a length of 44.45 mm to fit compact mechanical assemblies.

Operating reliably between -40°C and 107°C, this coupling meets DIN 912 12.9 material standards and conforms to REACH and RoHS3 environmental regulations. Lightweight aluminium construction ensures resistance to corrosion and suitable for high-speed use.
