It supports 24 AWG minimum and 22 AWG maximum wire sizes, delivering a reliable 3 A current rating and up to 350 V AC maximum working voltage. The terminal is made with tin-plated phosphor bronze that ensures robust electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Its crimp termination technology provides a secure, gas-tight mechanical and electrical connection without the need for heat application. The design features a lightweight construction weighing only 0.073 grams, reducing mechanical strain on circuit boards and connections.
Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to 105°C, enabling use in demanding industrial environments such as automated assembly lines, breweries, and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. The terminal’s uniform locking system allows versatile compatibility across several C-Grid III series connector housings, including 90156, 90123, and others.
The contact plating is tin, and the housing materials include 15% glass-filled polyester (PBT) and polyphenylene oxide for insulation and durability.
