4D Systems uLCD-32PTU is a resistive touch LCD colour display module featuring a 3.2 inch (81.28 mm) diagonal screen size and 240 x 320 pixel resolution. Equipped with an LED backlight and brightness of 200 cd/m², this display offers vibrant visuals ideal for embedded systems and electronic projects.
The integrated PICASO graphics processor allows advanced graphical capabilities including full colour image, animation, icon, and video display. It includes 14 KB of flash memory and 14 KB of SRAM, supporting efficient graphic operations. The module supports a 4-wire resistive touch panel enabling interactive control.
Designed to operate on a supply voltage range of 4 V to 5.5 V and current of approximately 215 mA, it functions reliably across temperatures from -10°C to 60°C.
