Product Description

4D Systems gen4 Arduino Compatible Resistive Touch Screen Display model gen4-uLCD-24DT-AR is a compact 2.4 inch display module with a resolution of 240 by 320 pixels designed to interface easily with Arduino platforms. The module features a 4-wire resistive touchscreen to allow intuitive human-machine interaction.

The display module measures 78.4 mm length, 44.8 mm width, and 7.2 mm thickness, including mounting tabs, with a viewing area dimension of 36.72 by 48.96 mm. It has a 30-pin ZIF connector interface for power, signals, and programming, which facilitates straightforward integration into custom projects and embedded systems.

This module is powered by the 4D Systems Diablo16 embedded controller which provides internal support for graphics, text, images, and animations, and supports the Workshop4 IDE for flexible development. It contains 6 banks of 32 KB flash memory and 32 KB of RAM for user applications and data.

Additional I/O includes 16 configurable GPIO pins, analog outputs, PWM outputs, I2C and SPI communication channels, and support for quadrature encoder inputs, pulse outputs, and pin counters. A micro-SD card slot allows multimedia storage and data logging functionality.

The display module operates within a voltage range of 4.0 to 5.5 V and is compliant with RoHS, REACH, and CE standards, ensuring environmental and safety compliance for industrial and laboratory applications.
