Tedea Huntleigh 01250-100K-C3-09X Model 1250 Series single point load cell is engineered for precise compression force measurement ranging from 50 kg up to 1500 kg. This load cell features a rugged aluminium housing rated IP65 for ingress protection, making it suitable for industrial applications requiring durability and environmental resistance.
This load cell is ideal for direct mounting on large platform scales up to 800 x 800 mm, bench scales, floor scales, counting scales, and hanging scales. Its robust construction provides outstanding mechanical strength along with reliable measurement performance even in hazardous environments.
Equipped with cable terminals and two additional sense wires, the load cell compensates for changes in lead wire resistance caused by temperature fluctuations or cable extension. This reduces measurement errors by feeding sample bridge supply voltages back to the measurement electronics.
The device meets international approvals and standards, including OIML R60, FM, NTEP, EEx ia IIC T4 intrinsically safe certifications, and RoHS compliance, ensuring safe and environmentally responsible use.
