DiodesZetex AP7381-50Y-13 is a high-accuracy, positive voltage regulator IC designed for cost-effective voltage regulation with low dropout voltage and ultra-low quiescent current. This LDO regulator supports a wide input voltage range up to 40V and features a compact SOT-89 surface mount package measuring 4.6mm in length, 2.6mm in width, and 1.6mm in height, with 3 pins for easy integration into modern electronic layouts.
