Littelfuse XGD10603MR is a new 2-element bi-directional ESD Protection Diode designed to safeguard sensitive electronic equipment against extreme electrostatic discharge (ESD) conditions. Packaged in a compact surface mount 0603 package, this diode features a flat top surface that facilitates pick-and-place assembly and allows designers to optimize circuit board space.
The XGD Series XTREME-GUARDTM protectors can withstand ESD transients up to 30 kV contact and air discharge levels, providing excellent protection to high-speed data lines without compromising signal integrity due to its low capacitance. Its bi-directional configuration makes it ideal for suppressing fast rising ESD events in both directions.
