Littelfuse XGD10603MR is a 2-element bi-directional ESD Protection Diode in a compact 0603 surface mount package. This new generation XGD Series XTREME-GUARD™ ESD suppressor safeguards sensitive electronic equipment against extreme electrostatic discharge (ESD) events up to 30kV, ensuring device reliability and longevity.

Featuring a flat top surface, it supports efficient pick-and-place assembly and allows for space-saving circuit board designs. The diode is bi-directional, capable of clamping ESD impulses from both positive and negative polarity sources, and offers high standoff and clamping voltages for stable operation.

With an extremely low leakage current of 1nA and a maximum operating temperature of 125°C, the XGD10603MR reduces power loss and maintains performance under harsh temperature conditions. Its halogen-free and lead-free construction meets environmental safety requirements.
