Nexperia PMEG6010ETR,115 Schottky Diode is a high performance, low forward voltage drop diode designed for surface mount applications. Packaged in a small and flat 2-pin SOD-123W plastic package, it is suitable for efficient low voltage rectification in demanding electronics.

The diode features a maximum continuous forward current of 1.4 A and can withstand a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 60 V. Its forward voltage drop is only 530 mV, reducing power losses and increasing efficiency.

With a peak non-repetitive surge current rating of 50 A and a rapid reverse recovery time of 4.4 ns, this device supports high-speed switching conditions typical in switched mode power supplies and DC-to-DC converters.
