Product Description

Renesas Electronics QS3253QG is a high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible dual 4:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer designed for efficient bus switching in electronic systems. It comes housed in a compact 16-pin QSOP surface mount package measuring 8.7mm length and 1.47mm height, suitable for dense PCB layouts.

This bus switch provides bidirectional 5 ohm N-channel FET switches without any inherent diode to Vcc, allowing direct connections between inputs and outputs without introducing propagation delays or ground bounce noise, essential for high-integrity signal routing in industrial, communication, and computing applications.

The device operates over an extended temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, making it ideal for use in demanding environments. It features a low maximum quiescent current of 3μA and supports a supply voltage range from 2.3V to 3.6V, offering low power operation and compatibility with a broad range of digital logic systems.

Zero propagation delay ensures that signals pass through instantly, improving timing in timing-critical systems. The bus switch includes undershoot clamp diodes on all switch and control pins to protect against voltage undershoot, enhancing device reliability.
