Infineon ESD200B1CSP0201XTSA1 is a high-performance 1-element bi-directional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surface mount applications. It offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 45 W in a compact 2-pin WLL-2-1 package, ensuring effective protection of electronic circuits against electrostatic discharges and transient voltage spikes.
This TVS diode features a minimum breakdown voltage of 6 V and a maximum reverse stand-off voltage of 5.5 V, making it suitable for sensitive low-voltage electronics. It provides extremely low leakage current up to 100 nA which minimizes power loss, and a low capacitance value of 6.5 pF typical, allowing high-speed data line protection without signal degradation.
