Product Description
The Wurth Elektronik 691366110002 is a high-quality pluggable terminal block from the 3661 Series, engineered to provide robust and reliable connectivity for a wide range of electronic applications. With its 2-contact, single-row design and 3.5 mm pitch, this terminal block is ideal for efficient power and signal connections on printed circuit boards.
This product is constructed with a Polyamide 66 housing, delivering excellent mechanical strength and electrical insulation. The compact form factor, combined with a horizontal orientation for the wire entry, allows for an efficient use of PCB space, enabling dense component layouts without sacrificing accessibility or safety.
The screw wire connection method ensures a secure and consistent clamping force on wires, supporting wire sizes from 0.081 mm² up to 1.31 mm² (AWG 28 to 16). This makes it compatible with a variety of cable diameters commonly used in boards and control circuits. The current rating up to 10 amperes at operating voltages up to 2.5 kV provides flexibility for both signal and low power distribution lines.
This terminal block supports horizontal mounting, making it suitable for automated PCB assembly and rework-friendly repairs. Its color-coded green housing aids quick visual identification during installation and maintenance.
Fully compliant with RoHS standards, the 691366110002 ensures environmental safety. The terminal block measures 19.3 mm in depth, 10.4 mm width, and 7 mm length, enabling use where PCB real estate is at a premium.
Typical applications for this pluggable terminal block include industrial automation, building management systems, HVAC controls, instrumentation, and general-purpose electronic assemblies where quick and reliable board-to-wire connections are essential.
