Product Description
Melexis MLX90365KDC-ABD-000-RE is a high-performance 3-axis surface position sensor using monolithic Hall Effect technology. Operating between 4.5 and 5.5 volts with digital PWM interface, this sensor IC decodes absolute position by measuring magnetic flux orthogonal and parallel to the IC surface. It is packaged in a compact SOIC 8-pin package measuring 4.8 mm by 3.81 mm by 1.52 mm for surface mount applications.
This position sensor provides a programmable transfer characteristic and selectable output modes allowing analog or pulse width modulated digital signals.
