Product Description

STMicroelectronics TSZ122IQ2T is a very high accuracy, zero drift, micro-power operational amplifier optimized for precision signal processing in industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics. It features extremely low offset voltage (maximum 5 μV) and stable performance over temperature extremes from -40°C to +125°C.

This dual-channel operational amplifier integrates a rail-to-rail input and output stage, allowing extended input common mode voltage range and output swing near the supply rails. It operates on a 1.8 V to 5.5 V supply voltage with a low quiescent current of 40 μA at 5 V, making it ideal for battery-powered and low-power applications.

The device is supplied in a compact 8-pin DFN surface mount package with dimensions of 2.15 mm x 2.15 mm and a height of 0.55 mm, which provides excellent space savings on densely packed circuit boards.
