This openable ferrite sleeve from the STAR-TEC series is made with 4W620 ferrite material, offering impedance of 145Ω at 25 MHz and 175Ω at 100 MHz. The device features a split ferrite core enclosed in a robust UL94-V0 plastic housing ensuring durability and ease of installation without projecting parts.

The aperture diameter of 12.5 mm with external dimensions of 33.5 mm depth, 42.2 mm width, and 28.8 mm height accommodates a variety of cable diameters. Its snap-lock mechanism prevents accidental opening after installation and provides cable pinch protection, making it ideal for use in computers, industrial controllers, medical devices, and office machinery.

The ferrite sleeve is suitable for both general and safety-relevant applications, addressing electromagnetic interference effectively in sensitive environments.
