Tektronix TCP0030A oscilloscope current probe is designed for precise AC/DC current measurement with a bandwidth of 120 MHz and a BNC connector, ideal for professional electronic testing environments.
The probe offers selectable current ranges of 5A and 30A, ensuring flexibility for various current levels while maintaining accuracy to current levels as low as 1mA. Its advanced Hall-effect technology combined with Tektronix TekVPI interface enables intelligent communication with compatible oscilloscopes, allowing automatic unit scaling, on-screen current readouts, and remote control through USB or GPIB interfaces.
Featuring a fast rise time of 2.92 ns and low noise, this probe ensures reliable waveform capture for detailed signal analysis. The split-core design permits easy clamping around conductors up to 5 mm diameter without disconnecting circuits, improving measurement convenience.
Safety is assured with a maximum input voltage rating of 150 V CAT II and 300 V CAT II for insulated wires, compliant with CE and WEEE standards. The probe includes a long 200 cm cable for flexible setup and a compact probe head measuring 200x16x32 mm.
