Samtec ERF8 Model ERF8 Series is a rugged high-speed 10-contact, 2-row straight surface PCB socket with a 0.8 mm pitch, designed for reliable board-to-board interconnections operating at 2.2 Amps and 318 Volts.

This PCB socket features a liquid crystal polymer housing, which provides high chemical resistance and mechanical stability, making it suitable for demanding industrial and electronic applications.

The contact material is a beryllium copper alloy plated with gold, ensuring low contact resistance and excellent durability for repeated mating cycles. The rugged edge rate® contact design offers smooth broad milled contact surfaces for longer wear life and enhanced performance.

Mount type is surface mount with a straight orientation and standard row pitch of 4.5 mm. The stacking height is 18 mm, suitable for various compact PCB designs.
