Keithley 2410 Source Meter is a precision 20W SourceMeter unit designed for tightly coupled sourcing and measurement, ideal for high accuracy DC parametric testing in laboratories and industrial environments.

This instrument delivers source voltage range from ±200 mV up to ±1000 V and current range from ±1 μA to ±1 A. It integrates a highly stable DC power source with a 6.5 digit true instrument grade multimeter, ensuring low noise and high measurement repeatability. Users benefit from the device's ability to act as a voltage source, current source, voltage meter, current meter, and ohmmeter with precision.

The 2410 supports 2-, 4-, and 6-wire remote sensing for precise voltage measurements and provides a high throughput of up to 1700 readings per second via GPIB at 4.5 digits resolution, enabling rapid test throughput.

Equipped with a pass/fail comparator, it streamlines sorting and binning operations, complemented by a programmable digital I/O port for automation integration with handlers and probers.

Note: This is a legacy product and Keithley recommends considering the newer graphical model 2450 for new applications and designs.
