STMicroelectronics L99H02XPTR is a high-reliability DC Motor Driver IC designed to control 4 external N-channel MOSFETs arranged in an H-bridge configuration. It is ideally suited for automotive motor-driving applications requiring precise current control and diagnostic capabilities.

Operating with a supply voltage range from 6 V to 28 V, this device features an integrated two-stage charge pump that supports PWM operation at frequencies up to 30 kHz with 100% duty cycle capability. It delivers an output current of up to 48 mA while consuming a supply current of 18 mA.

The integrated SPI interface allows comprehensive control and diagnostic feedback, enhancing system monitoring and safety. Additionally, a configurable current sense amplifier is embedded to enable precise current measurement, and an interface pin is available for thermal sensor monitoring of external MOSFETs.
