Broyce Control LPMP/2 400V is a microprocessor-based 3 Phase Monitoring Relay designed for industrial electrical systems requiring reliable monitoring of voltage conditions on three-phase AC supplies at 243V and 540V AC levels.
Housed in a compact 17.5 mm DIN Rail mount enclosure, this relay provides true root mean square voltage measurement between phase to phase or phase to neutral configurations. It supports selectable nominal voltage levels compatible with common three wire and four wire systems, providing versatile application across diverse installations.
The device detects critical abnormal electrical conditions including phase asymmetry or unbalance, incorrect phase sequence, phase loss, and neutral loss, ensuring robust protection for equipment against electrical faults. Adjustable parameters such as phase unbalance tolerance, restart delay, and time delay offer customization suitable for specific operational environments.
Equipped with a double pole double throw (DPDT) relay output rated at 5A, it enables control of external circuits. LED indicators provide clear visual status of supply presence and relay operation for ease of monitoring. Compliance with IEC 60664, UL, CE, EN 61000-6-2, EN 61000-6-4, and IEC 60947-1 secures adherence to industry standards for safety and electromagnetic compatibility.
This monitoring relay is ideal for use in industrial automation, process control panels, electrical distribution boards, and related applications requiring phase monitoring and electrical protection. Its build quality and certifications assure long-term durability and performance, suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from -20 to +60°C.
Compact 17.5 mm DIN Rail housing enabling space-saving panel installations. Microprocessor based design with true RMS voltage monitoring ensures accurate phase voltage measurement. Phase-to-phase or phase-to-neutral voltage measurement supports three wire and four wire supply types.
Detects phase asymmetry, improper phase sequence, phase loss, and neutral loss for comprehensive monitoring. Adjustable phase unbalance, restart delay, and time delay parameters allow tailored protection settings. DPDT 5A relay output suitable for switching and signaling applications.
Visual green LED for supply status and red LED for relay status simplify troubleshooting. Standards compliance includes IEC, UL, CE, and RoHS certifications ensuring electrical safety and environmental compatibility.
