Product Description
Burkert 239090 proportional solenoid valve is a precision 2-port, normally closed (NC) valve designed for fluid flow control in demanding applications. Operating at 24V DC voltage and constructed with a robust brass body, it offers reliable performance and durability.
This 2875 series valve provides continuously adjustable and smooth control over fluid flow from 0 to 100 percent using PWM (pulse width modulation). Unlike traditional on/off solenoid valves, it allows fine adjustment with a frictionless valve plunger for exceptional accuracy and a tight-sealing elastomeric seat for leak prevention.
The valve features a 6mm orifice diameter, 12.7 mm inlet and outlet female ports, and supports a maximum operating pressure of 4 bar. It operates efficiently with a flow factor Kv of 0.8 m³/h and a maximum opening time of 25 milliseconds. The valve actuator has an IP65 protection rating and draws 16 W power, performing at 900Hz PWM frequency with a 100% continuously rated duty cycle.
This product has achieved UL 429, ATEX, and IECEX approvals, ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements, although it is not certified for hazardous areas. Its temperature operating range includes a minimum and maximum of 55°C maintaining stable performance within controlled environments.
