Tektronix P2220 passive voltage Oscilloscope Probe from the TPS2000 series provides a 200 MHz bandwidth and selectable 10:1 or 1:1 attenuation ratio via a switch on the probe head. This high-performance probe supports a maximum common mode input voltage of 150V and features a ground lead with a hook tip connector for secure and stable connections during testing.

Designed for use with the TPS2000 series and compatible with TDS200, TDS1000, TDS1000B, TDS2000, and TDS2000B oscilloscopes, the P2220 probe is suited for precision signal measurement in industrial, laboratory, and manufacturing applications. It offers a fast rise time of 2.2 nanoseconds, ensuring accurate capture of fast transient signals.
