Product Description

Vishay V15PM63-M3/H is a high current density Schottky diode designed for surface mount applications. It supports a maximum continuous forward current of 15 A and a peak reverse repetitive voltage of 60 V, packaged in a compact TO-277 2-pin format. The device features Trench MOS Barrier technology which provides a very low forward voltage of approximately 0.66 V, reducing power losses significantly.

This diode operates reliably in a wide temperature range from -40°C to 175°C, making it suitable for demanding industrial and automotive environments. Its low peak reverse current of 6.5 mA and high surge current capability of 220 A enable robust performance under transient conditions.
