Tedea Huntleigh 01042-030K-C3-13X low profile load cell is engineered for precision compression force measurement ranging from 1 kg to 30 kg. Its aluminium housing and compact footprint (40mm x 20mm x 20mm) enable easy integration into weighing platforms such as retail, bench, and counting scales.
The device features a low profile sensor design with cable terminals and an IP66 rating, providing excellent protection in harsh industrial or commercial environments. It operates reliably within a temperature range of -30°C to 70°C and supports maximum AC/DC voltages of 15V.
This load cell incorporates a humidity resistant protective coating, ensuring long-term measurement stability over the compensated temperature range. It utilizes four-wire connections including two additional sense wires that provide feedback for complete compensation of lead resistance changes caused by temperature fluctuations or cable extension.
Model 1042 series load cells are suitable for single-point platform sizes up to 400 x 400 mm. Capacities from 5 kg and above come supplied in anodized aluminium for enhanced durability.
