Flowline LO10-1305 is a high-quality leak detection sensor designed for industrial and commercial use in monitoring containment tanks, sumps, and piping systems. The vertical mount Flowline Detection Switch features a robust polypropylene housing and a chemically resistant Fluorelastomer gasket, suitable to withstand harsh environments including corrosive liquids such as sulfuric acid and sodium hypochlorite.

The sensor operates reliably within a temperature range of -40°C to 80°C and withstands pressures up to 10 bar. It includes a 3-meter cable designed for submersible applications, enabling insertion within secondary containment walls or interstitial spaces. The sensor outputs a 60VA SPST relay signal, which can be configured as normally open or normally closed through power supply wiring polarity, providing flexible integration with PLCs or relay controllers.

This device detects leaks with minimal liquid presence, enabling early response to containment breaches. It can be positioned up to 300 meters away from the control system, supporting versatile installation layouts in large industrial setups.
