Product Description

Flowline DL10-11 EchoPod Series Ultrasonic Level Transmitter is a vertical mount ultrasonic level sensor featuring a durable polycarbonate housing and Viton gasket. It provides precise non-contact liquid level measurement suitable for corrosive, sticky, or contaminated fluids. This sensor supports continuous level monitoring up to 1.25 meters (49.2 inches) with an output current ranging from 4 mA to 20 mA and operates at 24 V DC supply voltage.

The sensor's narrow 2-inch beam width and short 2-inch dead band optimize performance in small tank environments. The PVDF transducer material enhances chemical resistance, and the Viton gasket ensures sealing against harsh environments. Configuration is simplified through a USB adapter and the free WebCal software, making integration straightforward.

With a 1-inch NPT (1-inch G) process mount, the DL10-11 sensor integrates seamlessly into various industrial Flowline systems, including DataLoop, DataView, DataPoint, and Commander. It is designed for use in tanks, skids, intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), sumps, and other process tank level measurement applications.

The device has an operating temperature range of -35°C to 60°C and can withstand pressures up to 30 psi, with a maximum current draw of 20 mA.
