Flowline DL24-00 is an EchoPod Series Ultrasonic Level Transmitter designed for accurate, non-contact liquid level sensing in industrial and process applications. Featuring a vertical mount and robust polycarbonate housing combined with a Viton gasket, this sensor is ideally suited for corrosive, sticky, or dirty liquids.
This level transmitter provides continuous measurement up to 3.0 meters (approximately 9.8 feet) with optimized narrow beam technology for small tanks, minimizing dead bands and improving measurement accuracy. The device outputs a current signal ranging from 4mA to 20mA compatible with most process control systems.
Equipped with four programmable relays, the DL24-00 offers versatile control for pumps, valves, and alarms with fail-safe logic and selectable hysteresis. USB connectivity allows for easy configuration via Flowline’s free WebCal software.
