Flowline DL14-00 is a multi function ultrasonic transmitter and level sensor designed for precise liquid level monitoring in industrial and commercial applications. It features a vertical mount configuration with a robust polycarbonate housing and a Viton gasket ensuring chemical resistance and durability under demanding conditions.

This ultrasonic sensor provides continuous level measurement up to 1.25 meters (49.2 inches), making it suitable for tanks, skids, and sump applications. Its narrow 2-inch beam width and short dead band optimize performance for smaller tanks and confined spaces.

The device includes four programmable relays rated at 1A/60VA designed for controlling pumps, valves, and providing fail-safe alarms. It supports versatile pump configurations including single pump with three alarms, lead-lag dual pumps with two alarms, or duplex pumping with two alarms. The PVDF transducer and 6P polycarbonate enclosure ensure excellent resistance to harsh chemical environments and corrosive liquids.

Automatic temperature compensation maintains accurate measurements despite temperature fluctuations. The product supports USB connectivity through a dedicated adapter, enabling straightforward configuration using Flowline’s free WebCal software.
