Vega SG51.XXTGATPVL tuning fork level probe is a highly reliable industrial sensor designed for precise point level detection of liquids in horizontal installations. Featuring a robust stainless steel housing combined with a Klingersil C-4400 gasket, it withstands operating temperatures from -40°C up to 150°C and pressures as high as 64 bar. The device employs transistor PNP electronics powered between 9.6VDC and 35VDC, with an IO-Link interface for seamless integration.

Its product-independent switching point ensures consistent performance unaffected by variances in product density, conductivity, dielectric constant, or viscosity up to 10,000 mPa. The probe is constructed for maintenance-free use with an external LED providing status indication. Process fittings include G¾ A, G1 A thread options and hygienic Tri-Clamp fittings, made from high-grade 316L stainless steel per DIN3852-A standards.

This level switch is suitable for a broad range of industrial applications including overfill protection, empty or full level detection, dry running protection, pump protection, and bilge or leakage monitoring.
