Product Description
The Nexperia NXB0102GTX is a voltage level translator designed for translating signals between different voltage domains, supporting bi-directional voltage translation with 8 elements in a 2-pin XSON8 surface mount package.
This dual supply transceiver features auto direction sensing to enable seamless voltage translation between diverse low voltage nodes ranging from 1.2 V to 5.5 V. Its pins An and OE are referenced to VCC(A), which accepts voltages from 1.2 V to 3.6 V, while pins Bn are referenced to VCC(B), accepting voltages from 1.65 V up to 5.5 V.
A low level on the output enable (OE) pin triggers a high-impedance off-state to conserve power and protect the system. The device is well suited for partial power-down applications, incorporating IOFF circuitry to disable outputs and prevent damaging backflow currents when powered down.
With a maximum low level output current of 50 mA and CMOS output type, this translator ensures reliable data integrity and signal strength across domains. The compact XSON8 package measures 2.4 mm in length and 2.1 mm in height, optimized for surface mount PCB layouts.
